Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

The Oceanic is located in Scotts Head, which is midway between Sydney and Brisbane. Two excellent surfing beaches are just minutes from the house. Warrell Creek, located behind the village, is perfect for canoeing and fishing. The village centre offers a medical centre, chemist, supermarket and the Hub restaurant - great cappuccinos. The house is large, spacious and its high elevation captures the cool afternoon breezes. Its a perfect place for a fun family holiday or for a lazy getaway.

This is a 2 storey house. There is a queen bedroom, balcony downstairs, separate loungeroom, bathroom and laundry. Upstairs is a queen bedroom, 2 double/single bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge, dining and kitchen. There are 3 front & rear balcony to relax. *You are required to bring your own linen including towels.

We are an Eco Retreat in the forest close to the beach, a wildlife loving surfer's perfect holiday accommodation. Access is via forest roads suitable for cars with higher clearance. The studio is run on a 12volt solar system. Upstairs is an open air (shadecloth rather than windows) loft with a deck. Downstairs is lounge, dining and indoor outdoor kitchen area. The middle level has an outdoor bath area, with compost toilet & gas fired shower. Shops & cafes 5ks. Pet friendly.
