Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Located just 3.5 miles from Wrightsville Beach, 1 mile from Trader Joe’s and UNCW, and 15 minutes from both Downtown Wilmington and the airport, d and you’ll be right in the heart of it all. Enjoy the convenience of a private driveway, outdoor shower, to rinse the day off

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. See the below description to get a feel for this very special and unique space.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Lovely apartment, private space. Open and spacious dining and living area. Well equipped kitchen: refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Breakfast makings on hand. Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

Hideaway Suite-Private Entrance bt beaches & dwntn

Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun & a night on town. Directly in between Pleasure Island and downtown ILM (15 minute drive to either), this suite gives you a clean, quiet place to rest and restore. Take the beach chairs and cooler for a day of sun, then head downtown for fine dining and fun night life. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this suite offers peace and a central location!

Wilmington Beach House

A spacious and cozy new home in a quiet neighborhood less than 3 miles from Carolina Beach! Can comfortably sleep up to 8 people so there’s enough room for the whole group, and with a fenced-in yard you can bring all your dogs. Immerse yourself in coastal charm & comfort at this thoughtfully designed home. Relaxation blends with beach-friendly vibes at this home, your vacation awaits!

Clark Hill Heights.

Away from the Touristy area, but convenient enough to drive there. Has its own parking space with private entry with a small deck. Nice and quiet area. 30 min drive to downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, 15 min drive to Carolina Beach area. Located 3 miles north of Snows Cut Bridge which leads you to Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher).

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
