Il est très calme car situé dans une résidence sur les hauteurs du village de Konolfingen d'où on peut admirer le paysage des pré alpe suisse avec notamment le fameux Stockhorn, et le Niesen, .. ll est accessible à pied (15 minutes de la gare ) tout comme en voiture. Nous disposons d'un place dans le garage de la résidence à disposition de nos visiteurs. L'entrée est indépendante.

Everything is renovated with a fantastic view of the Alps, Bern and the Gürbetal. 7.5 Km from the city center of Bern and 6.5 km from Belp airport. We offer - two bedrooms - living room with kitchen and bathroom (fully equipped) - laundry (washer+dryer+iron) - garden - pool (not heated) - outdoor dining table - parking for 2x vehicles - towels, bedding - Nespresso, tea - 1 crib & 2 chairs for infants We don't include breakfast.

Our accommodation is located near Bern and Belp Airport. Ideal for hiking, mountain biking, for excursions in the region, swimming in the Aare, ... The approximately 60sqm, very bright, cozy apartment with high ceilings is ideally located at Bern’s mountain, the Gurten, near the forest, with beautiful walking and jogging trails. The accommodation is well suited for single nature lovers, couples, business travelers and families.

Unsere im Juli 2020 neu renovierte kleine Studiowohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier in idyllischer Lage am Ortsrand von Rüfenacht. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt beim Haus. ÖV-Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuss). Die Stadt Bern ist rund 8 km entfernt. Die schönen Ski- und Wandergebiete im Berner Oberland sind gut erreichbar.

Die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung wurde 2018 renoviert und liegt im schönen Mattenhofquartier. Mit dem Bus oder Tram erreichen Sie in nur 5 Minuten das Stadtzentrum.
