L’appartamento, che risale al 1911, è stato completamente ristrutturato nel giugno 2021: sono rimasti soltanto i bellissimi pavimenti antichi, il resto è nuovo. E’ composto da una grande cucina, un bagno, un soggiorno di circa 25 mq con angolo pranzo e angolo salotto (con comodo divano letto per 2 persone) e angolo tv, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale per 2 persone, capiente cabina armadio e un balcone
