Welcome to our family holiday house! Pet friendly, newly renovated and located in the heart of Mossy point, with river access at the end of the street and the stunning North Broulee Beach and Candallagan Creek only minutes away. The house is equipped with a new kitchen and recycled timber floorboards, complete with a garage full of surfboards, all your favorite board games, and a big, fully fenced backyard. The house comes with bed and bath linen, all you need to bring is beach towels.

2 bedroom house with separate 1 bedroom cabin in Lovely Mossy Point. Situated on a quiet section of Annetts Pde with no through traffic. A reserve and the Tomaga river just over the back fence a great area for dogs who are welcome. A short walk to the Muffin shop and the boat ramp. You can walk to Nth Broulee beach via the headland and Candalagan creek, otherwise only a 3 minute drive. There are 5 adult and 2 childrens canoes provided for you to explore the mangroves and Tomaga river.

Our Broulee house really does have that “holiday” vibe, only about 250m from beautiful North Broulee Beach and the Broulee Brewhouse. The house is reminiscent of the typical 1970’s “weekender”, built on 2 levels to catch the sea breeze. The exterior has been renovated and the interior still reflects the 1970’s charm with hardwood floorboards and timber internal staircase, comfortable furnishings that are homely and functional. Two sunny deck areas for outdoor dining or relaxing.

One of the best locations at Malua Bay with unbroken ocean views. Enjoy a stunning stay in spacious comfort and style which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
