Warm rustic accents perfectly balance delightful pink flourishes and a red-and-steel kitchen. Chalet Aix offers high levels of comfort and Alpine style, in both winter and summer. In winter, make the most of the incredible views over the valley from the hot tub, in summer these views can be enjoyed while playing a game of Petanque on the private pitch. The space is able to accommodate up to 8 adults (plus 1 child). Chalet Aix is situated in a quiet village, five minutes' drive from Morzine, with some of the most breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. There is private parking outside of the chalet (for a maximum of three vehicles). The chalet was built in 2016, and is decorated in a modern Alpine style, to create a luxurious but comfortable feel. On the ground floor of the chalet, guests will find a spacious entrance (with plenty of room to put on your ski boots, and with secure ski storage and boot warmers). There is also a cloakroom. To the left of this entrance, you will find the first luxurious bedroom, with twin beds (which can be made into a large double) and a double sofa bed. This room is the largest, and would work well as a family suite. The en-suite bathroom features a shower. The chalet can sleep up to ten people, including two children. We accept bookings with a maximum of eight adults. The first floor is made up of a stunning open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, offering incredible views of the mountains. This area offers everything you need to make yourselves at home during your stay (including two ovens, and coffee making facilities). The doors lead out to a balcony, terrace, and impressively situated hot-tub. On the second floor of the building, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The first of which is a queen sized double, with its own private bathroom opposite, featuring a bathtub. The next bedroom is a twin room, with an en-suite shower room (this room can also be made up as a double). The final bedroom is a twin room (which can also be made up as a double) with luxurious double sink and bathtub. A midweek changeover upon request is available, there is an additional cost for this service. Chalet Aix offers self-catered holidays, but your hosts are village residents who are available to help you with your needs. The chalet has a lockbox to make your arrival quick and easy, but your hosts will always endeavour to greet you for your arrival or meet you during your visit. We do also offer various services to make your stay more comfortable: we can pre-order and collect lift passes for you (at no extra cost to you), help with equipment hire, and arrange transfers. The chalet is on a steep road in a quiet village, 5 minutes' drive from lively Morzine, between Essert Romand and La Côte D’Arbroz, both of which boast a beautiful church and a bar/restaurant. There’s easy access to Avoriaz, Les Gets, and Mont Chery. We strongly suggest that holiday-makers visiting the chalet have their own transport. The chalet is located at the heart of the region with easy access to Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets, and Mont Chery, having your own vehicle will allow you to make the most of all of these areas. The chalet is located on a steep road in a ski resort: we strongly suggest that guests travelling to us in the winter ensure that their vehicle has the appropriate tyres and equipment. Snow chains are a legal requirement. If snowing, a communal snow plough will arrive in the morning, but there may be times where you will have to clear snow. Also, please note that the chalet is located in a ski and summer resort, and so the availability of local amenities may vary depending upon the season. We strongly suggests that guests have their own transport, to allow you easy access to all that the area has to offer. The chalet can sleep up to ten people, including two children. At an altitude of 1200 m, nestled in the authentic valley of La Manche, on the edge of the forest and in the heart of the mountains, the chalet des Evès warmly welcomes you. You can admire the beauty of the site and enjoy the calm of the mountain pastures. At the foot of cross-country skiing and hiking trails and the famous Fornay off-piste, 5 minutes by car from downhill skiing and mountain biking, its ideal location offers you peace and nature. You can also reach Morzine center located at 5kms by using the free shuttles both summer and winter season stopping at 30 m of the chalet. The chalet of approximately 250 m2, fitted out for 14 people, with top-of-the-range amenities is luxuriously comfortable. The garden level is composed of a spacious main entrance as well as a second entrance dedicted to skiers with direct access onto a ski-room equipped with boots dryer, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet with a hand-basin, a bedroom with 2 twin beds (80x200), a bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds (90x200), a large shower room with double sink and a sauna to relax after your sports sessions. The 1st floor is open on 90 m2 of light and conviviality which will provoke a wahoo effect! A splendid kitchen with central island and granite worktop and a dining area promise beautiful moments of sharing. And the living room, cozy with its glass fireplace on 3 sides, extends into the billiard area. The very sunny terrace and balcony offer a dominant and breathtaking view for well-deserved moments of relaxation. The top floor is reserved for the bedrooms, all very spacious with their own bathroom: a double bedroom (160x200) with shower and bath and WC, 2 double bedrooms (160x200) with shower and WC, one bedroom with 2 twin beds (80x200) with shower and WC. Outdoor parking for 3 cars plus a closed garage. FIBER WIFI Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds made up in winter. Built in 2018, this modern complex comprises of 12 apartments and a standalone chalet. Each apartment has its own private ski locker. There are free parking slots and a storage room. All of our beds can be set up either as a double (King size) or twin beds. Towels and sheets are included. The complex also offers a wellness area with a gym, a sauna, and a hammam (extra cost). Finally, bikers will appreciate the fully-secured indoor bike storage space.
