‘Off Broadway' studio is a modern & well appointed one-bedroom studio. A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. A beautifully appointed couples retreat located 10mins walk to lovely Diamond Bay. 15mins walk to the iconic Sorrento Sailing Club and bay beach, 20mins walk to Sorrento main shopping centre with its cafes or take the ferry for a quick trip to Queenscliff. Vineyards and wineries are located within a short drive from Sorrento Peninsula Hot Springs is a big favourite and located only 15mins drive away. Guests also are able to use the Settlers Cove community tennis court (5mins walk)

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The farm is tucked into the foot of the Mornington Peninsula Hinterland, only minutes away from the front bay beaches and a short drive from the rugged coastline and waves of the Peninsula back beaches. In all directions you will find a bounty of cafes, independent stores, markets, wineries, restaurants and walks to enjoy.

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).
