L'alloggio è ricavato in un antico edificio in pietra un tempo adibito a stalla con annesso fienile. Si tratta di un' antica costruzione risalente alla fine del 1.800, completamente ristrutturata in ogni sua parte, rispettando la struttura dell'epoca, appena ultimata. La camera da letto, con travi a vista e' molto suggestiva, ha un balcone che permette una vista spettacolare sulla pianura da un lato e le colline dall'altra. Nel soggiorno e' rimasto il camino a legna dell'epoca e nella attigua legnaia si trovano i legni da ardere.
