The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. Lake Como on the beach

New apartment, built and furnished in a modern style with private car parking. Kitchen and living room are in open space and very bright. From the terrace you can directly reach the beach of the lake and children's play area. At less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the other beach of Abbadia Lariana, train station, and hiking path: "Sentiero del Viandante". Shops, pharmacy, bars and restaurants are very close to the apartment, at 10-15 minutes on foot.
