Vacation getaway nestled on the Arkansas River in the Pendleton community. Fish from the porch or bring your own boat and keep it in the private covered boat slip. The public boat launch is walking distance away. Several fishing tournaments are held every year at this location. The Wilbur D Mills Dam is less than 5 miles downstream, where you can experience world class catfishing and snagging. 20lb+ catfish are common. The Arkansas Post is only minutes away for hiking trails and bike rides.

Enjoy the comforts and amenities of home at 418 Spring Branch. This home accommodates eight people comfortably with three bedrooms. Fresh towels and necessities are stocked in the one and a half baths. Stream your favorite show on the 55” TV in the living room and relax on the couch. The kitchen seats eight and is fully stocked (minus the groceries) – coffee pot and air fryer, too. Don’t stress over packing or going home with dirty laundry. You can wash and dry as many loads as you’d like.

Arkansas River waterfront 5 bedroom 7 queen size beds 2 bathrooms with two large patios and grill/smoker. Downstairs has a kitchen, laundry room, living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate living room. Hunting and fishing available nearby boat access. (Trusten Holder wildlife refuge, White River refuge & more.) There is a family park less than a mile from location. The Arkansas Post is minutes away for nature trails and bike rides.

The Cottontail

We welcome you and your family to our home away from home. The Cottontail has the comforts of your home with lots of room for fun. Only ten minutes from town, this quiet and peaceful getaway sits in the country surrounded with nature trails and wildlife. It is a short drive (30 minutes) from Crossett, Monticello, Lake Village and a little over an hour to Greenville, MS and Monroe, LA. There is plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy all this area has to offer.

Take it easy and relax at our beautiful cabin. Less than a mile off the Highway but located at the end of the road on a 40 acre track. You can unwind on the backporch, fish in the pond, watch for wildlife and take time to yourself. Wifi is excellent if you need to work remotely and cabin is spacious and open for families to enjoy their time together.

Jesse’s Place

The house is beautifully decorated! It has big screen TVs, two fireplaces, central air & heating, dishwasher, washer and dryer, barbecue grill, and a fish fryer. Two bedrooms has bathrooms inside. It comes furnished with towels!!! It has internet!!! It has a desk for workspace accommodations. The kitchen is fully stocked.

Oakwood

Prime hunting and fishing in the Delta. 3 bedroom 1 bath brick home on a working row crop farm. Peaceful and quiet. It can be accessed from 3 different highways with 2 miles of good gravel road once the pavement ends. Big yard with covered parking. Access to large ice machine, water hose, and air compressor.

Rustic Lodge

NO PETS. Located just 6 miles south of I-530 off of HWY 79S on 50 acres. Just 1 1/2 miles from Dollar Store, 15 mins from Walmart & Chick-fil-A and 18 mins from Saracen Casino. The Space The Rustic Lodge is a small but suitable place with the comforts of home. An exterior camera is located outside of home.

Grandmother’s House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood. There’s plenty of shade trees for a cool patio conversation and bird watching. Nine minutes from the University of Arkansas Monticello. Seventeen minutes from Lake Monticello. Food and shopping are only a few minutes away.
