La maison est située à 5 min en voiture du village médiéval d’Yvoire, 15 minutes de la frontière suisse, 30 minutes de Genève et 1h du centre ville d'Annecy. Les 1ères stations de ski se trouvent à env. 40 min.

The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the bus stop. It takes 20 minutes to the train station. A 15 minutes walk will take you to the Old Town, 20 minutes to downtown and the Lake shores.
