Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

A newly-built sanctuary, ten minutes from Fremantle and South Beach, self-contained in lush gardens. A spacious open plan, the living, kitchen and bedroom are in one space with separate bathroom. French doors to your own courtyard. Furnished with vintage and upcycled materials, this character studio is on a bus route to Perth/Fremantle. Sleep-in lovers note - best suited to "morning types" as not all windows have blinds. No smoking/vaping inside/outside. Shared outdoor washing machine.

Own parking and entrance, at the end of the driveway in front of the caravan, within a family home environment, with total privacy. Adjoining our solar powered home in leafy Palmyra, the studio is a 10min drive to Fremantle, beaches and river and a short walk to buses and supermarkets. Enjoy a BBQ in your own beautiful private courtyard under the shade of the olive tree. Off-road parking, Netflix, breakfast basics and laundry service all included for free.

Cottage on King

Cottage on King is situated in an historical part of East Fremantle's Plympton Ward. Our home is an original 1905 worker's cottage which has been renovated and extended. The rented space is part of the original cottage with my main residence connected to the back of the rented space. It is situated less than 100 metres from George Street cafe's, bars and restaurants and the Swan River. Close to the beach, public transport and Fremantle.

PRIVATE & CLOSE TO BEACH & TRAIN

Fully self-contained, this modern and clean private accomodation is independent to a main home on a large block. Seperate access from the laneway, just minutes walk from the beach, train station and host of shops & cafes. Won't disappoint. Upto 3 guests (including any infants) permitted. Either a fold-a-bed or port-a-cot (including linen) will be provided for any additional guests (additional $15/night per additional bed)
