A large light filled self contained studio home. Decorated with a scandi-minimalist palette. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

Laneway Self-Contained Studio Apartment

A self-contained studio apartment, accessed via a cobblestone laneway. It's a private studio space, with your own bathroom, kitchen, verandah and sitting/TV area. It's accessed from the back of a long Victorian Terrace residence and is on the first floor. It is new, modern, has a lot of light, glass and windows, but is also quite private - with frosted glass, and a garden view. The theme is "motivational, homey and encouraging." The studio is yours with all towels and amenities included.

Garden Bungalow Retreat

Keep it simple at this quiet, centrally located bungalow. It's cute and cosy as well as being close to parks, shops, cafes, public transport and the Melbourne CBD, a quick train ride from Seddon station. Fully self contained with bathroom and kitchenette and a small outdoor courtyard and split system heating/cooling. Great views of the garden and a bright and airy space that feels bigger than it is. Private entrance keeps you separate from the hosts. But we're here if you need us.

The Old Stables

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
