The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the lake is just a stone's throw away. There are the Badi, a beach volleyball court and training facilities. The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Die Einrichtung ist hell, modern und gemütlich. Der Schlafbereich verfügt über ein Doppelbett (180x200 cm). Der Arbeits- und Essbereich ist hell und mit Blick in den Vorgarten. Der kleine Sitzplatz ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Das Studio liegt zentral in der Stadt. In Sichtweite zum Studio befindet sich die Bahnlinie. Die Züge fahren langsam, sind aber hörbar. Ab Mitternacht fahren keine Züge mehr und die Nachtruhe ist gewährleistet.

You live in a lovely furnished apartment with antiques from the 19th century, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm). There is a splendid view on Mount Pilatus, the Alps and the whole valley. Despite the stunning nature nearby, you reach the city of Lucerne or the valley station of Mt Pilatus within a short bus ride.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
