Welcome to the Master Kat Studio! This private, modern, and spacious 450 sq/ft space is located right in the heart of Eugene’s historic Whiteaker neighborhood. With four professional food trucks, a natural food store, restaurants, breweries/wineries/distilleries, a pizzeria, and coffee shops, all right outside your door or within a few blocks! Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Neighborhood is currently being developed and construction can be seen/heard from back deck. This tiny home has been renovated inside and out for a cozy stay. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife visitors! A great spot for a getaway or bring the kids for adventures! The home shares property with a second rental house separated by a fence.

After traveling for many years and many miles , Mi’Lady has retired to her lush and private resting place here in Corvallis. Designed for the comfort of one or two quiet guests., the Caravan has a double bed, padded bench seats, desk, sink & heat. Outside there is a covered deck with outdoor kitchen; a heated bathhouse with a modern composting toilet, & sink; private outdoor shower completes this unique and lovely glamping retreat. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the River Road area. Close to the Willamette River bike paths, the Whit, Riverbend Hospital, downtown, Autzen Stadium and the the airport. The house has a private entrance and lots of off street parking. Full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a fully fenced private yard where you and your dog can hang out around the fire-pit and stargaze. If you are bringing your pets, please add them to your reservation, so we can prepare for them.
