The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . Guesthouse is located in Richlands NC. You’ll love my place because it sets on a 50 acre beautiful horse farm with QUIET and RELAXING indoor/outdoor spaces, fishing pond, riding trails, and comfy Queen bed. My place is good for couples, solo/business travelers and couples with children. (This unit is upstairs and requires the use of stairs) We are 3.5 mi from Albert Ellis airport an 15/20 min to area military bases NO PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS PLEASE DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES AND LIVESTOCK ON THE FARM

This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

Located only one block from the boat ramp at the Trent River in Pollocksville, NC and nearly halfway between Downtown Historic New Bern and Jacksonville, and only a 1/2 hour from Emerald Isle beaches – Cottage at the Trent is a stand-alone newly-remodeled guest house featuring a stocked kitchen, full bathroom, large loft area for sleeping plus a reading/game area. The unit sleeps 4 – 5 and the property allows for parking trailered boats or RV’s.

Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 25 miles either north or south of Jacksonville. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins.
