Constructed in 2020! Commonwealth Cottage is an modern, cozy getaway in Paducah on site of the Commonwealth Event Center. Enjoy the 16 acre grounds with a panoramic pond view while being located a mile from Paducah’s main hub. Enjoy ample indoor space for up to 8 guests to stay & a back porch to enjoy the view. The main room includes a king bed, mini fridge and microwave, dining table, & living room with a sleeper sofa. An additional bedroom includes a full bed with twin bunk & trundle.

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

Home Sweet Home Country Cottage

Comfortably furnished and private one room cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen sized bed that sleeps 2 and a twin bed that can sleep 1. The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.

Dee’s Downstairs Private Apartment

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Screened in porch and fire pit area might be shared during summer months.

SO CLOSE TO UTM! Private basement apartment (with separate private entrance ) inside our own personal residence, perfect for a clean & quiet night's stay. We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there! Built in 1870, “The Parlour” is a historic property that has been renovated with modern touches while preserving yesterday’s charm. Welcome to Copper Creek Cottage. We are located in the country but minutes away from downtown Paducah, and the mall area. We are 2.5 miles from I-24. Our cottage sleeps 4. (Queen bed & full pull-out sofa). The cottage is great for a couple's weekend, girls' trip or any occasion. The nightly price will be reduced for longer stays.
