Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Idéalement situé, vous pouvez découvrir les villages classés (Sarlat...), les grottes préhistoriques, les châteaux, et pratiquer la randonnée, le canoé. N'est pas adapté pour les enfants de moins de 8 ans. Nous ne fournissons pas les draps ni les serviettes. Ménage en supplément.

The pigeonnier is a newly renovated apartment, set in beautiful grounds. It is a relaxing space within Laugerie Basse Gites with 5 separate gites. Come along and enjoy the peace and tranquility, it looks out onto the beautiful gardens and a stunning swimming pool which is heated May/June/September. This apartment is suitable for two people. it is not suitable for children /infants or for people with mobility issues as the gite has stairs. However, my 4 other gites are suitable.

Vous apprécierez mon logement car La villa est nichée dans un domaine privé sur les hauteurs sud de Sarlat, très spacieuse et confortable, climatisée et parfaitement équipée. Vue panoramique sur la campagne.. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). La piscine est chauffée de mai à septembre.
