It is fully equipped for cooking, full size washer & dryer, Smart TVs, High-speed internet. Whether you are in town for a long weekend or for a longer stay, we are sure you will enjoy your stay. This is the home that my sister and I grew up in with our parents and younger brother, who have passed on. We love our home, and are now opening it up to guests from anywhere in the world who want a comfortable place to stay while visiting the Mississippi Delta. Available to our guests are a centrally heated and cooled home with two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a family room with TV and Internet, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a garage. And, we just put in new floors!

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
