Situata in zona tranquilla ed elegante, gode di una vista incantevole su tutto il litorale. In auto si raggiungono in pochi minuti il centro e le spiagge di Marina di Ragusa (15 minuti a piedi). La villa è autonoma e tutti i servizi sono esclusivamente per gli ospiti,compresa la piscina. Giardino, WIFI, aria condizionata e TV . Tre camere da letto e quattro bagni(uno a servizio piscina). Cucina soggiorno mq 40 con ampie vetrate sulla piscina. Ambienti sanificati prima di ogni soggiorno.
