Located between the intercostal waterway and the beach, “City Woes to Sandy Toes” is 0.8 mile to the beach on foot via scenic walkway or drive via NE 40 St. for a convenient, direct route to one of our favorite beach accesses. A plethora of restaurants and shopping are just 2 miles away on E Oak Island Dr.
