Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. We're 8 miles from New River Air Station, 17 miles from Camp Lejeune main gate, 27 miles from Topsail Beach. Located in the country. House does have central heating and air conditioning.
