A relaxing and peaceful lodge set in the grounds of a 200-year-old farmhouse in over 11 acres of orchard and meadow. L'oume Lodge sits at the edge of a meadow and has a private gated entrance and parking. There is a private terrace with a built-in BBQ and garden, beyond which is the gated shared pool area The pool is 6 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.25 m and a shallow side pool for young children. There's also a pool house/summer kitchen, BBQ and wisteria-covered eating area at the pool.

Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

LA PETITE CASE

Charming two storey stone cottage, in a quiet charentais hamlet with off road parking facilities and a private courtyard. The cottage has a fitted equipped kitchen area with dishwasher in the downstairs sitting/dining room. On the first floor is the double bedroom with shower room and seperate toilet. On the second floor is the childrens room with twin beds and possiblility of third one and cot. The stairs up to this room are accessed by passing through the double room. Shared pool.

Nichée en pleine campagne charentaise, La Maison Giacomelli se vit paisiblement au rythme de la nature. Parc arboré, jardin clos et grande piscine chauffée (10×5 m), exposée sud-ouest. Le spot parfait pour paresser sous les arbres, admirer les ciels étoilés, savourer en pleine conscience un verre de rosé face au coucher du soleil sur la piscine. Abandonnez-vous à la douceur de la Charente en flânant à Nanteuil-en-Vallée ou Verteuil-sur-Charente. Cognac et Angoulême sont à proximité.

Vous pourrez profiter d'un moment de détente avec notre SPA Professionnel (les enfants sont interdits). Nous mettons à disposition une petite piscine gonflable pour les petits l'été. Nous sommes attenants au gîte. . Nous vous proposons de vous faire découvrir notre gamme de "Spiritueux et Perles Gastronomiques" à base de rhum à travers une dégustation si nous sommes présents.

The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. "Aux chambres timbrées"

Situé dans la cour d'un ancien relais de poste, ce dernier est très calme et proche de toutes commodités. Le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni. Il est équipé d'une petite partie cuisine, d'un lit de 140, salle de bain et wc. Proche de la nationale 2 min, 20 min de voiture pour le centre d'Angoulême, 15 min de Ruffec. Equipement bébé possible. Possibilité de préparer un petit déjeuner 10€ par personne.
