This newly renovated 3-bedroom cottage is only footsteps to the historic Morpeth village and 5 minute drive to the new Maitland Hospital. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke, or a comfortable stopover on your way north or south. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. The Vineyards are 30 minutes drive away, Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive and Port Stephens 1 hour.
