Artesia, a unique and quiet space was designed and built by Kevin, the owner. Welcome to a midcentury modern feast for the eyes and all of your senses. Positioned on the north slope of our secluded mountain and organic farm, Artesia is 35 minutes from Asheville. Artesia was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Usonian designs which he built in the mid nineteenth century. The interior and exterior design elements are true to the era, an homage to Wright’s artistic sensibilities.

Amazing Lakefront home with private NEW dock

Relax with your whole crew in a peaceful, secluded house right on the lake. Spend the days paddling around in the supplied canoes, jumping off the dock into the crystal clear water and floating to your hearts content. The only sounds you will hear is the waterfall across the way and the streams that run on each side of the house.
