Master bedroom has a comfortable queen and walking closet. Second room has a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the livingroom. Amenities like internet, smart TV, mini fridge, cooking stove, coffee, utensils, plates, microwave, extra full bed if requested, bike wash station. Basement has a private entrance for guests.

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. It's a beautifully decorated, peaceful, cozy lake house with a treehouse feel and a short path leading down to the lake. An open floor plan and themed rooms decorated for the season make it special.
