Wye River Beach Shack is a 2-bedroom 1950s beach house in the treetops with wildlife & ocean views, perfectly suited for a couple, two couples or a family. A short walk down to the surf beach, cafe/general store and pub situated on the Great Ocean Road. NOTE-there is separate access to the second bedroom downstairs and it is on its own key code. It is located in the heart of Lorne with less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Offering a self contained experience for a couple with sofa bed option. The apartment is part of the Cumberland Resort which includes a pool, gym, gardens and outdoor BBQ facilities. The dedicated onsite underground car space accommodates vehicles to 2.1 m high. A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

I have always loved being beside the beach and you will to. My place is great for families , even 2 families. It has fantastic views of the beach and you can see the waves crashing on to the sand from the lounge/dining area.There is a smart TV which has Netflix and movies and fast WiFi. There is a king bed upstairs with an ensuite, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds downstairs and another lounge area with a second TV. Air-con and heating upstairs and down
