Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! Maggie's Man Cave on Rt 66 (Not really a cave)

Maggie's Man Cave is NOT really a cave, it is a private suite in our basement with a separate driveway and entrance from the main home. You will hardly know there is a family living above you as you settle into this comfortable, modern and welcoming space - you will feel at home in this rural setting with easy access to I-44 and either Lebanon, Conway or Bennet Spring State Park. Feel free to relax in the suite or enjoy our 50 acres inclusive of a pond and woods with walking trails.

1920 Stone Gas Station

This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a full size bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.

Cozy Woodland Cottage

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

Secluded Riverfront/Modern/UTV&Trails/Kayaks/H-Tub

The James River Cabin is a luxurious secluded cabin nestled among the trees on 95 acres of river front property. It is just 10 short miles from Springfield, MO (Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro) less than an hour from Branson, MO. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.
