Cozy wood cabin in the country

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

There is nothing quite like a peaceful stay out on the farm. Especially when you are not responsible for feeding the animals or fixing the fences!! LOL! Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

Weeping Willow Ranch

Attention Canton First Monday shoppers and Fishermen! We are located right between Lake Tawakoni and Lake Fork and only 20 minutes from Canton so we have the place for you! Detached guesthouse with plenty of beds, full bath, and kitchen, overlooking our 5 acre lake. Gated entrance for extra security and plenty of parking for your boat! Our rates a for double occupancy. This 3 bedroom , 2 bath is located just minutes from Lake Tawakoni, the beautiful town of Sulfur Springs and an hour from DFW! Along with a 4 stall barn just for the horses! Whether you are visiting for rodeos, stockyard fun, or a getaway, this is the place for you!If you decided to stay and decide to bring your horses, a negative coggins test is required at check in!

Wildflower Yurts ~ Primrose

Wildflower yurts are one of a kind romantic getaway for two! You have all the comforts of home, like air conditioning, electricity, showers and toilets. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country and the Wildflower Wedding Venue property. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. We have three yurts on the property Honeysuckle, Primrose and the Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.

Newly Renovated Cabin on 1 acre centrally located between Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni! First Monday Trades Day is only a short 25-minute drive. Chitt's Creek Cabin is a short 15 min drive to Lake Tawakoni State Park and less than 10 minutes to the nearest boat dock! Fisherman Paradise for tournaments or a perfect place to get out of the city to relax around the campfire, star gaze and just have a great time!

Pecan Acres Ranch

Beautiful country home only 5 minutes from Lake Tawakoni. Bring the family and enjoy fishing on the pond while cooking out by the large wrap-around porch, or relax with your coffee and watch the sunrise in peace.
