Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

As such, guests can enjoy common space amenities such as Olivia Beach's private beach access, a park with a play structure for children, a sand volleyball court, & a fire pit for roasting s'mores. If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. Well behaved pets welcomed $50 fee. No Parties No smoking on property No unauthorized guests or pets

"The Eagles Nest" Cozy Cottage by the Bay-

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

There are lots of things to do in Lincoln city: shop at the outlet mall, gamble at the casino, take a culinary class, go to the local museum, check out a hike, take a surf lesson, or just hang at the house and watch the wales, surfers and waves from one of our two decks. Bad weather? Just cozy up to the fireplace and watch the storm.
