Pièce à vivre de 48 m2, avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée, coin détente avec téléviseur 127 cms, climatisation. Suite parentale de 35 m2 avec douche italienne, double vasques, wc indépendant, climatisation. Mezzanine de 30 m2. Les deux lits font 160X200. Terrasse privative avec barbecue weber.

Hortense, grange 2/4 pers à « ÔRacines du Calme »

Cette ancienne grange datant du XV ème siècle fut une magnanerie! D'une superficie de 75 mètres carrés, elle est composée d'une grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, coin salon avec canapé lit, poêle à bois..., et à l'étage une grande chambre avec salle de bain. Petit canapé lit d'appoint dans la chambre si besoin Ayant vue sur les jardins et la piscine, vous avez directement accès à l'esplanade du tilleul pour déjeuner dehors, et au reste des jardins, avec accès direct à la forêt .

Medieval Fort, Sud Ardèche stunning loft with pool

Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

Magnifique maison en pleine campagne avec un ruisseau pour se baigner accessible à pied. Cette vieille maison en pierre peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes dans 4 chambres séparées. Une grande cuisine et un grand salon vous permettrons de passer des moments ensemble. La maison se situe au milieu de la nature, des champs et des forêts de châtaigniers. Plusieurs départs de promenades depuis la propriété, deux ruisseaux qui la traversent dont un assez large pour se baigner et nager.

A 2 pas du centre village, je vous propose un studio indépendant tout équipé pour profiter d'un séjour dans notre belle Ardèche. Vous pourrez accéder à pied à tous les commerces du village (supermarché, restaurants, loueurs de canoës ) et à tous les services (banque, poste, office du tourisme, pharmacie...) Si vous aimez la randonnée, je me ferais un plaisir de vous conseiller les sentiers alentours, les départs se font à pied depuis le studio . Parkings du village à proximité.

Dans l'ancien atelier d'un mas cévenol typique, vous vous installerez dans un très beau loft d'une cinquantaine de m2. L'Atelier est un fabuleux bric-à-brac d'objets qui vous rappelleront bien des choses de l'enfance. Le gîte a été aménagé en 2022 avec des matériaux locaux et écologiques. Il est chauffé par un poêle à granulés et entièrement équipé pour un séjour confortable. Une grande terrasse privative vous permettra de profiter du paysage et des nuits étoilées.

Chambre ronde posée dans les chênes verts au dessus du ruisseau avec une terrasse suspendue. Baignoire, WC, Lavabo, Lit double. La cabane se trouve au dessus du mas Lou Abeilhs avec une vue plongeante sur la vallée. Pour y accéder du parking il y a un petit chemin de 150m et une quarantaine de marches. A partager avec un autre couple, sur la grande terrasse du bas une cuisine extérieur, toute équipée, est à votre disposition.
