It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. Access is limited to the space above the garage (must climb stairs), private balcony, & the front/middle yard. Absolutely ZERO smoking OR vaping tolerated or allowed on premises!
