In Montespertoli, among the rolling hills of Chianti, there is Podere Paglieri, a small family-run farm where wine and oil have been produced for generations. We are located halfway between Florence and Siena, in a perfect position to discover San Giminiano, Volterra, Siena, Lucca, and the Tyrrhenian coast, which are just a few kilometers away. The farm is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods where you can walk freely, has a large and well-kept garden and a beautiful shaded terrace.

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Per raggiungerci dovrete fare un un piccolo sforzo, affrontabile con una qualsiasi auto. Troverete in cambio silenzio, tranquillità e la nostra accoglienza.

From both bedrooms of this apartment, you will enjoy the wonderful view of the swimming pool surrounded of Chianti hills.
