Spacious, stylish walk-out suite at the end of a quiet cul de sac next to a small forrest. Living/Dining combo with breakfast station featuring a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and a water cooler. Relax on the big, comfy couch and love seat with large 55” tv. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and work desk. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Towels, soap and shampoo are supplied. You are welcome to share our little backyard oasis and gas fire pit.

Our cozy Bear Mountain garden suite is central to all things west coast. It is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, liquor stores, walking trails, lake trout fishing, children’s playgrounds, and more. A light, complimentary continental breakfast starts your day before adventuring out to enjoy west coast attractions that are just a short drive or bus ride away. Our quiet family neighbourhood is only 15.8 km (10 miles) or 25 minutes to the bustling downtown.

Quiet, very clean, one bedroom self contained suite, plus one pullout queen sofa bed and a work desk set up. Designed for functionality and comfort for your stay in Langford. Downtown Langford is about a 5 minute drive, downtown Victoria is about 15 minutes away. Go for a walk on the street and enjoy stunning city, ocean and mountain views. Please note there is street parking available, and for loading and unloading feel free to use the driveway if there is a spot available.

Moreover, except tea and coffee, we also provide very nutritious and delicious breakfast for our guests: fruits , organic eggs, dumplings, seasonal vegetables, and even vegan meals etc. All of guests loved and enjoyed our breakfast!
