To those sensitive to noise: this is a mother-in-law unit of a home (others live in the building) and it is a busy area of Seattle- you can expect to hear traffic, construction, and pedestrians.

Bright and cozy with 13 ft. ceilings, warm wood paneling, gas fireplace, and AC. Enjoy seaplanes, boats, sunsets, and even eagles from your private deck. Laundry access for longer term guests only. No smoking, parties, extra guests, illegal activities, or pets.

Stay warm by the fire, whether on the built-in seating around the fire pit, or inside, on the sectional sofa by the linear gas fireplace below the Samsung frame TV. The apartment features a stunning open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen in addition to two bathrooms featuring a luxurious walk-in rain shower!
