Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

From grocery stores to restaurants, farmers markets, antiquing, beautiful parks and kayaking at the marina, there's something for everyone. The peaceful neighborhood and designated parking spaces make our place the perfect location for exploring Lake Norman, Mooresville and Charlotte.

Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.
