Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

Breathtaking westward views in a comfortable retreat, complete with outside porch-swing memory foam bed and rockers. Peaceful getaway to rest and unwind after a day filled with exploring, hiking, shopping, or visiting one of the many breweries in our area. The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Our home is newly renovated & located in the heart of Sylva, ~1.5 miles from all the Main Street shops & restaurants. Very convenient to WCU, Harrahs Casino, Pinnacle Park, Harris Hospital & Blue Ridge Parkway. Neighborhood is quiet & family-friendly, with a ~0.88 mile "loop" with minimal traffic - great for morning walk/run.
