It is a wild and natural valley with a very lovely diversity of fauna and flora. The terrace of the dragonfly cottage is the ideal place to blend into nature and be inspired by it. L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Les Cathares - family friendly gite with pool

Les Coumayres consists of four unique, newly renovated gites. Les Cathares is at the back of the house with one more gite next to it. In front of the house are two smaller gites. We also have a Glamping site with two unique domes, located a couple of minutes walk. Relax by the heated pool whilst your children play in the pool, play ping pong or have fun in the playground. There is plenty of space for everyone and each gite has their own private terrace with outdoor sofa and dining for six.

My beautiful house is spacious and has a dining area for 10 people both inside and outside. Large bedrooms with space for extra mattresses / cots. Good hotel beds. Two full bathrooms, one shower and two WC rooms. Air conditioning in all bedrooms/ livingroom. Wifi / TV package is installed. Large laundry room, outdoor kitchen, storage room. Major upgrade around the pool, outdoor shower. The pool is open from May until November. Rented out on weekly basis. preferably check in Saturday

The gite adjoins our house and is situated in a green setting at the foot of the Montagne Noire, just outside a pretty Cathar village. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
