L'appartamento è arredato in perfetto stile tradizionale locale dell'antica Toscana : antiche travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto e arredamenti unici. Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

Immerso nella campagna toscana, all'interno del parco naturale del torrente Pavone, è situata l’antica dimora rurale Pian di Cava. La casa dispone di tre appartamenti indipendenti, la Casa Verde, la Rossa e la Blu. Pian di Cava è un'ottima base per percorsi culturali, enogastronomici, e per trascorrere giornate di completo relax. Il podere è carbon free e consente la ricarica di veicoli elettrici La Casa Blu è sita al piano più alto, è composta da una camere letto-soggiorno, cucina e bagno.

Welcome to our charming apartment, a little gem suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. It consists of: KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator, and mini-dishwasher; A DOUBLE BEDROOM; A BATHROOM with a large shower; A RELAX ROOM with a BREATHTAKING PANORAMIC VIEW of the Metalliferous Hills. The apartment is very warm in winter thanks to geothermal district heating. In a central location, within a 50-meter radius, you will find: Free parking, Pizzeria, Bar, and the central Square.

Edera is a large apartment for a couple (70 square meters). Being on the upper floor it is very bright, it consists of a double bedroom and a kitchen-dining room. Edera is one of the three apartments of the Agriturismo Segarelli, here peace and tranquility reign supreme. Located among the rolling Tuscan hills, you can walk in our garden, take a dip in the swimming pool surrounded by greenery or simply relax in the silence of the countryside, far from the chaos of the city.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

My accommodation is close to art and culture, magnificent panoramic views, restaurants and surrounded by greenery. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the light, the outdoor spaces, the atmosphere, high level of privacy. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children), romatic honeymoon and summer holiday with family. No other guest in the villa and in the surrounding area.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
