Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Välkommen till ett vackert hus i Uttran, Stockholm. Njut av din vistelse i vårat hus med sjötomt , privat pool och egen brygga. En kort promenad från huset finns naturreservatet vinterskogen med en upplyst motionslinga, utegym, vandringsleder och en mysig badplats. Sjön Uttran är en avlång sjö som sommartid inbjuder till bad, fiske eller kanske bara en mysig båttur. Vintertid kan man vissa perioder ta en promenad, åka skridskor på isen eller varför inte ett uppfriskade bad i en isvak.

Modernt nytt gästhus beläget i strålande söderläge alldeles vid strandkanten. Huset har fullt utrustat kök, bra wifi, ett badrum med tvättmaskin/torktumlare, sovrum samt loft. I direkt anslutning finns två terrasser och framför huset en gräsmatta varifrån man kan doppa fötterna i Mälaren. Parkering finns och det är 250 m till busshållplatsen. Boendet är sista huset på en lugn återvändsgata. Perfekt utgångspunkt för utflyktsmål som Birka , Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)

The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking with charger for 1 car. Quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, a 10 min walk to the subway station and 11 minutes ride to town. It’s about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.
