Kent Cottage

Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Wren Cottage, Brixham

Wren Cottage is a charming, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. Set down a private track with free parking it is far enough away to be quiet but also only a 7 minute walk (0.3miles) into town. Wren Cottage is suitable for sunny days exploring the area and with its superb log burner cosy nights in. There is a local pub only a few minutes walk which also serves food. Please note the parking space/gravel track will need to be reversed out off but there is normally parking on the hill behind the cottage.

Beautiful Cottage close to beaches and shops

The Gardeners Cottage was recently renovated to the highest standard to create the perfect place to relax and unwind. Situated in Wellswood Village with its quaint shops and pub the Cottage also has direct access onto the Southwest coastal path and is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Anstey's Cove. Featuring a sitting room with 55" tv, master bedroom with king size bed and built in wardrobes, bathroom with walk in shower and kitchen/breakfast rm with bi-fold doors leading onto a private garden.

Smugglers’ Creek, Riverside Cottage, Stoke Gabriel

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

Fortune Cottage, Harbour and Sea Views

Fortune Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage located a few minute's walk from Brixham harbour. The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom. The cottage comprises a large sitting room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Outside there is an enclosed yard with seating and a BBQ.

Pretty Fisherman’s Cottage 150mtrs Brixham Harbour

Shrimp Cottage is a tastefully refurbished Grade II Listed Fisherman’s cottage in Brixham’s famed ‘Fish Town’. Designed to provide a distinctive and comfortable space for couples. Tucked back just 150 metres from the wonderful hustle and bustle of the harbour, in the beautiful conservation area, and just a 2 minute walk to the quayside and southwest coastal path. Superb location to explore all that Brixham has to offer, yet well appointed and romantic to lure you back to relax and just be.

Quay Cottage, Kingswear, Devon. Views to die for!

Quay Cottage offers panoramic views of the steam railway, marina, river Dart and Naval College from every window. It sits on a quiet back street and is one of the few houses in the village without steps. Warm and cozy, it is the ideal retreat. Kingswear is home to some lovely old Pubs and is a short ferry/bus ride ride from shops, theatres, art galleries, museums, National Trust Houses, cafes, Pubs and restaurants. Sadly we cannot accommodate pets/children and there is no private parking.

Berry Head Farm Cottage

Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

This is a charming cottage in a location to die for! This heavenly abode is one of a few properties on 'The Quay' in Dittisham with stunning uninterrupted views across the River Dart. Wake up to the chorus of seagulls and watch boats glide by as you eat breakfast on the water's edge. Take a stroll through the stunning Devon countryside or hop on a boat for a river adventure. And when you're ready, head to Dartmouth to explore the maze of shops, chic boutiques and restaurants.
