Relax in the outdoor tub after a day of exploring all the island has to offer. The house is situated on the West side of the highway - perfect for a sunset walk along the sound and an easy cruise to the beach or the Avalon Fishing Pier.

This Carolina Classic Beach Cottage is what a stay on the Outer Banks is all about. Designed for small families wanting to focus on time together enjoying the beach which is merely steps away. SCC4 is a newly constructed cottage (completed September 2022) that is merely steps to the beach. The Sea Captain's Cottages consist of four 2 bedroom cottages that sit on the oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills.

Avalon Beach Cottage OBX (Walk to Pier + Beach)

The cottage is located 3 lots from the ocean in the Avalon neighborhood near the Beach Road. It is 2 blocks from the Avalon Fishing Pier and Awful Arthurs Restaurant. It is a great area for biking. It is located near KMart and Food Lion. There are many restaurants, stores, Putt Putts, Jet Ski and Parasailing Rentals, and Jockey's Ridge Sand Dunes are close by for kite flying and Hang Gliding Lessons.
