This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.

It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Once inside, you can enjoy an open and comfortable area to relax. Prepare all of your meals or take advantage of local restaurants.

A 2 bedroom single level house with a daylight basement/ apartment with separate access from the house. About 10 minute drive to the airport in a quiet neighborhood. The light rail is about 5 minute drive , which will take you downtown Seattle, Mariners Stadium, Seahawk Stadium and Husky Stadium. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Westfield Mall is about 3 miles.
