We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Beautiful views everywhere you look. **Please note: There is no smoking allowed anywhere on our property

Private nature lovers sanctuary in town on 4 acres

This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

Hobby Farm Apartment

A peaceful setting 1 mile out of the town of Junction City (known for it’s annual Scandinavian Festival) and just 9 miles north of Eugene. You will be staying on a 2 1/2 acre hobby farm with chickens, goats, orchard, and grape arbor. The one bedroom guest house off the shop (used mostly for storage) is aprox 700 square feet with a living room, large bedroom, full kitchen with range, refrigerator, pantry, and bath. Guests have access of the property and a designated picnic table and yard.

Guest Cottage

We live on a 10 acre Hazelnut farm that is 10 minutes from the Eugene airport, 15 minutes from the U of O campus, and 45 minutes from OSU's campus. Hazelnuts are the crop of choice as you will notice while driving down Lone Pine Dr. You will wake up to the sound of birds singing as well as the views of the orchards out the cottage windows. Before exploring please let us help guide that. Certain times of the year the garden is available for a snack as well as the fruit trees.

Queen size bed, Love Sac bean bag that kids love to sleep in as is or can lay flat. Reclining leather sofa for some relaxing. Full kitchen, dishes, and cookware provided. One parking spot will be given in the drive way. Walking trails and pond out back make for an evening walk. Works great for couples or small families (2 Adults plus kids).

Welcome to our cozy little retreat in the heart of Junction City. Inside, you’ll find a warm and peaceful space to settle in, with the gentle hum of the city outside. We’re centrally located, just minutes from downtown shops, cafés, and local favorites, making it easy to explore on foot and then return to a comfortable place to rest and recharge. Also close to Eugene, a short drive to the Oregon Coast, and 12 minutes away from the Eugene Airport.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

Orchard Cottage

Welcome to the cottage in the country! A lovely spot to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet. This spot is within 5 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, and Netflix. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.

BNB Rose Tiny House & Private Yard 4 Mi To Airport

Lovely 320 square foot tiny house with a single vehicle parking space and private entrance on a quiet cul-de-sac. The tiny house includes a flat screen television , wifi, kitchenette, small fridge, double hotplate, and a keurig. Kitchenette includes utensils, cookware, bottled water, and some snacks. There is a big private fenced yard for your enjoyment. Small dogs 24 pounds and lighter are allowed.
