This is located on a secluded road with two other homes occupied nearby by with quite, but very friendly, residents. This home is 25 minutes away from the historical town of Ste Genevieve, take a look! The host is will be able to assist you almost immediately, whether it be over the app or in person!

Enjoy a comfortable stay at this unique lakeside retreat. This home offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. Start your day with coffee and a view of the lake. You’ll stay a short drive from surrounding sites, including Millstream Gardens Conservation Area, Castor River Shut-ins, Elephant Rocks State Park, Johnson Shut-Ins State Park, Marble Creek Recreation Area, and Taum Sauk Mountain. Bring your fishing pole and kayak! End your day relaxing by the fire pit and watching the sunset on the lake

Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

Coffee shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors are all within 5 miles of your stay. 30+ acres of land with an established trail system for exploring. Here you can do as much or as little as you wish. No roughing it in this modern cabin! From the granite countertops to the ductless heating and cooling unit our guest are comfortable.
