Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Stugan ligger högst uppe på ett berg med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Du får gratismotion i den rejäla trappen som leder upp. Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. Bäst lämpat för vuxna gäster maa tomtens topografi.

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Mysigt boende nära havet

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Here, you are close to the sea, with a lovely 20-minute walk to several swimming spots. The Sörmlandsleden trail, section 56, passes by, and you are surrounded by fields and scenic paths and roads. You can cycle to Trosa’s picturesque town center and harbor in about 30 minutes or drive there in around 6 minutes. Here, you primarily enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings in a house designed for vacation and relaxation.

Litet mysigt gästhus nära sjö.

Litet mysigt gästhus på en lummig tomt. 400 m från stugan ligger sjön Mälaren. Här kan man bada vid en brygga eller liten strand om sommaren och åka skridskor på vintern. Nära vackert naturreservat med grillplatser och fin skog. Stugan har ett rum och badrum. Här finns ett litet, men fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Det finns en säng (140 cm) samt en uppfällbar gästsäng (70cm). I badrummet finns tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Lakan och handduk ingår.

Huset är beläget på vår tomt. Egen parkering finns samt en liten veranda med bord och stolar sommartid. Sovloft och bäddsoffa. Bord med plats för 4 personer. Med dess närhet till både skog , sjö och hav är detta lilla hus en perfekt utgångspunkt för vandring, cykling, klättring och paddling. Med buss tar man sig lätt till Stockholm.
