McComb's Cabin, Union Pier, MI

Giant trees welcome you down the drive back to the cabin in the woods. The cabin, along with my house and a small cottage reside on the 2 1/2 acre property. A contemporary cabin of steel and pine with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Open living space, inviting queen size bed, luxury rain shower, full kitchen but no stove. A wood burning fireplace- fall through end of March and outside fire pit. Public beach a 5 minute drive away. Couples check out the cabin for anniversaries & special days.

The House of Zen is an architect designed home situated in the woods, part of a sustainable farm community on 170 acres. Only an hour drive from Chicago, and close to Indiana Dunes National Park, it is the ultimate escape. Two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fully appointed kitchen, living area w/fireplace, and a large screened in porch. Large windows flood the house with natural light and will make you feel like you're living in the treetops. A perfect getaway!

This is a rustic cottage with old world charm. There are 2 fireplaces,. The home sits on a hill overlooking the channel that leads to Flint Lake. - Pet free -May not be appropriate for people with mobility issues. - Earth friendly cleaning products - Private beach & park access - Easy access to city center & university - One hour from downtown Chicago - National Lakeshore and Dunes State Park nearby - Wood fireplaces (winter only!)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
