Vincentia Beach House

Cosy two bedroom home close to Vincentia shops and Collingwood Beach. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park are nearby. House is set on a large block with lawns. Guests must provide their own sheets and towels. The house is comfortable for up to four people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, heating/cooling, high speed internet and lounge area. Outside there are lawn areas and a secure backyard with a patio and BBQ area.

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. Mid-week stays make for magical, uncrowded stretches of sand, with less of the monopoly that the weekends bring about. This is Sandy feet and salty hair.

The house is pet friendly and is within easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Vincentia. Hyams Beach and Huskisson are a 5 minute drive away. Shopping centres and eateries are within walking distance. There is a farm gate of 1250 cm high at the front entrance which can be viewed on the listing. Pets allowed.
