Includes TV, Satellite TV, Gigabit Internet, full bath, kitchenette, grill including propane and utensils, (upon request), and a Porch with chairs and table. The neighbors are distant down the road so very limited travel by the house. Sleeps 12-15 easily. Two living rooms with tv and cable, and 2.5 bathrooms. Metal lawn chairs, grill, and a fire pit located in the back yard.
