Das nahe dem Zentrum gelegene Studio ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohnbereich und einen Schlafbereich, der mit einem Bett in den Maßen 1,50x2,00 m ausgestattet ist. In der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, TV und W-Lan sind vorhanden.
